Samsung has released a new update to the Samsung Health app for Android smartphones and tablets. The latest update bumps up the app's version to 6.22.2.007, which is available through the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store.
The new version of Samsung Health lets you set an emoji as your profile image. It also makes exercising with friends more fun, thanks to the ability to receive message notifications from friends in the Together Challenges section. It also lists all the exercise items as the Galaxy Watch does. The app now also syncs the Galaxy Watch with the dashboard settings. Samsung has also fixed a few bugs and improved a few existing features.
Over the past year, Samsung improved its health service. It removed fitness videos from Samsung health and made its UI foldable and tablet-friendly. The company also brought Samsung Health to its smart TVs a couple of years ago, changed the heart rate graphs in the app, and brought more gender options.
