Samsung is looking at a range of creative ways to promote its latest Galaxy S24 flagship lineup, with the latest being a major naming deal with a leading US esports organization and digital media brand.

This will place the Galaxy S24 before an audience that enjoys mobile gaming, showcasing the suitability of Samsung's latest flagship for their passion. The company has signed this deal with NRG, a US-based esports organizations that has rosters in many leading games, as well as the Full Squad Gaming digital media brand.

Samsung positions the Galaxy S24 as the gamer's phone

This deal provides Samsung with full naming rights to NRG's PUBG mobile team which will now be called NRG Galaxy. Samsung becomes the exclusive mobile partner for NRG Galaxy with the Galaxy S24 Ultra being integrated considerably into the team's social media posts as well.

NRG's Full Squad Gaming digital media brand will also collaborate with Samsung on several activations. This includes a gaming tour of colleges across North America. The tour will see leading FSG talent provide students at these colleges with opportunities to win Samsung's Galaxy Z series phones by competing in challenges.

This deal also makes Samsung a presenting partner on Full Squad Gaming's Squadcast TikTok gaming show with the episodes being filed on Samsung devices and the Galaxy brand being integrated into the content.

NRG, Full Squad Gaming, and Samsung will also collaborate to host Samsung Game Jam, a competition aimed at scouting new mobile gaming talent, with participants competing for a significant cash prize.
