Samsung Members app and web forum could soon get a major upgrade

Samsung Members is Samsung's official community forum where users can discuss the company's products and services. Accessible via the web and its dedicated Android app, the platform is slated for a major upgrade next month.

Samsung has announced that Samsung Members will be offline for three days, starting October 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM KST. The service is expected to return online on October 26, 2026, at 6:01 PM KST.

During this downtime, users will be unable to access the forum to read or comment on posts, or edit their profiles. However, other Samsung Members features, such as Beta Help within the Beta Program section, will remain accessible.

The company appears to be overhauling the forum's backend infrastructure. During this migration process, some legacy data might not transfer correctly, meaning some older posts, comments, or attached images may no longer be visible once the forum comes back online.

Samsung advises users to back up important photos, posts, and personal data, as they could be lost during the transition.

While the company hasn't specified whether the upgrade will introduce a redesigned interface or performance improvements, a three-day maintenance window suggests a substantial visual and backend overhaul compared to the current system.
