Samsung’s new Neo QLED and OLED TVs to go on pre-order in Korea

Samsung has announced that its 2024 TV lineup will be available for pre-order in South Korea starting tomorrow. Its TV lineup for this year was unveiled last month at CES 2024, and it includes QLED TVs, Neo QLED TVs, and OLED TVs. All these new TVs run a newer version of Tizen, and some models come with advanced AI features.

The company is also making 98-inch Neo QLED and UHD TVs available for pre-order. Samsung could start taking pre-orders for all its new TVs in other countries soon.

Samsung's 2024 TV lineup to go on pre-order in Korea from March 1

Samsung Neo QLED 8K 98-Inch 2024 Pre-Order South Korea

The new Neo QLED 4K, Neo QLED 8K, and OLED TVs from Samsung will be available for pre-order in South Korea from March 1 to March 14. Interested buyers can pre-order these TVs from various stores, including Samsung Stores and Samsung.com.

The price of the 75-inch version of the Neo QLED 4K TV (QND95) is KRW 8.19 million ($6,139). The 85-inch version costs 9.59 million ($7,188), while the 98-inch version is priced at KRW 14.9 million ($11,169).

The Neo QLED 8K (QND900) TV is priced at KRW 12.9 million ($9,669) for the 75-inch version, while the 85-inch version costs KRW 15.9 million ($11,918). In our hands-on video below, you can watch Samsung's new Neo QLED 4K and Neo QLED 8K TVs in action.

Samsung is offering discounts to those who buy its TVs and soundbars in a bundle. For example, if they buy a 98-inch Neo QLED 4K TV, they will get a soundbar worth KRW 1.99 million ($1,491) for free. If they purchase an 85-inch Neo QLED 8K TV, they will get a soundbar worth KRW 1.39 million ($1,041) for free. Neo QLED 8K TVs also come with a 50% discount on the No Gap Wall Mount accessory for flush mounting on the wall.

All customers who buy an 8K TV from Samsung will get additional benefits under the Samsung 8K Club membership. These benefits include free repairs under warranty for two additional years and a 50% discount on Samsung Care+. If a buyer leaves a review of the TV on the website, they will get benefits worth up to KRW 1 million ($750).

If someone recommends an 8K Samsung TV to an acquaintance, and if they end up buying the TV, both those people will get a meal voucher at Shilla Hotel ‘The Park View'.

Samsung hasn't announced the pricing of its new OLED TVs for 2024, but that information could be revealed tomorrow when they go on pre-order in South Korea. You can watch the company's 2024 OLED TV lineup in our video above. The flagship OLED TV model, the S95D, features Glare Free coating to reduce glare and reflections from light sources.
