Last week, Samsung announced that it would offer Google’s Circle to Search to four Galaxy A-series smartphones, the Galaxy A55, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A34, and also to two S-series tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. Now, the company has added one more device to the list, the Galaxy Quantum 4.
Samsung Korea has revealed that it will release Circle to Search to the Galaxy Quantum 4 as well. This phone (SM-A546S) is a more secure version of the Galaxy A54, featuring a quantum random number generator (QRNG). The company has launched it only in South Korea and is exclusively available from SK Telecom.
Circle to Search, as the name suggests, allows you to search for anything on the display by just drawing a circle around the object. You can summon this feature by pressing and holding the home button or the navigation handle. Samsung released this feature with the Galaxy S24 series smartphones and now it is available on many devices.
One UI 6.1.1 and One UI 7.0 are on the way
Samsung is also working on releasing One UI 6.1.1 to many devices. The Galaxy A54 is one of them. It is possible that the company will release the new software to the Galaxy Quantum 4 as well, as it is based on the Galaxy A54. One UI 6.1.1 offers many new features and you can check them out in our video below.
The tech giant is also developing Android 15-based One UI 7.0. According to various leaks, it brings many new features. We are expecting Samsung to release the beta version of it to select devices this week. However, a report says that the rollout has been delayed indefinitely. Galaxy A54 and Galaxy Quantum 4 are eligible for One UI 7.0.
