One UI 9 on the Galaxy Z Flip 8

Has Samsung delayed the wider rollout of the One UI 9 update for the Galaxy S26 series? That appears to be the case: the Galaxy S26 series may not start receiving the One UI 9 update outside Korea until September 28, a full week later after it was initially expected to be released.
