Samsung is constantly on the prowl to keep its in-store experience on par with a certain fruit-based competitor. Samsung's Experience stores do a stellar job of highlighting its vast ecosystem of products. In locations where setting one up isn't feasible, users have to settle for Samsung's e-store. Kazakhstan is all set to get its first-ever online store in Kazakhstan.
Samsung enthusiasts based in Kazakhstan will be able to purchase a wide range of goods from Samsung.kz, including smartphones, smart TVs, household goods, and more. They can also take advantage of the promotions that Samsung throws in from time to time. Some of the upcoming promotions include free installation of equipment, discounts, gifts, and a loyalty program that will reward frequent customers with even more goodies. Free delivery in the books, too, but only in the city of Almaty. Other cities are expected to follow suit soon.
The presence of a direct-to-consumer store will certainly improve Samsung's prospects in Kazakhstan. It eliminates middlemen and allows customers to deal with Samsung directly. It will also help Samsung determine how much interest Kazakhstanis have in its products. If things go well, we could even see a Samsung Experience store pop up in the country soon.
