Samsung has launched its Smart Monitor lineup, which includes the M7 (M70C) and the M8 (M80C), in Malaysia. The 32-inch version of the Smart Monitor M7 is priced at RM2,788 (around $596), but during the offer period (28 June to 9 July 2023), it can be purchased for just RM2,238 (around $472). Similarly, the Smart Monitor M8, which is priced at RM3,588 (around $767), can be had for RM2,888 (around $617).
On top of these offers, buyers can get a 5% discount and Samsung Reward Points when they buy the Smart Monitor from Samsung Online Store in Malaysia.
The Smart Monitor M7 has a 32-inch 4K QLED screen with HDR10+ and 300 nits peak brightness. It has a 60Hz refresh rate and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio. The Smart Monitor M8 features a 32-inch 4K QLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate, 400 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ certification. Both monitors run Tizen and have support for all the popular audio and video streaming services.
Both monitors come with height-adjustable stands with support for pivot and tilt. If you want to wall mount them, you can use a 100 x 100 VESA mount. They both feature two 5W stereo speakers, one HDMI 2.0 port, two USB Type-A ports, and a USB Type-C port (with 65W USB PD fast charging). They have far-field microphones for voice commands (via Alexa and Bixby) and compatibility with Slim Fit Camera (Full HD) that supports Auto Framing.
The Smart Monitor M7 and the Smart Monitor M8 feature built-in AirPlay 2, Bluetooth (with LE), Wi-Fi 5, Multi-View (up to two streams), Microsoft 365, SmartThings, and Google Meet. These monitors also come with bundled One Remote controller with USB Type-C charging.
