Ahead of the possible announcement at CES 2025, Samsung's high-end TV lineup for next year has leaked. Courtesy of some necessary certifications, we now know which high-end TVs Samsung plans to launch in the coming weeks. We also know which sizes those TVs will come in.
Samsung's 2025 TV lineup leaks ahead of CES 2025 launch
As usual, Samsung will launch Neo QLED TVs in 4K and 8K resolution and OLED TVs in 4K resolution. The folks at DisplaySpecification found Samsung's upcoming high-end TVs through South Korea's NRRA certification database. Here is the complete lineup the company plans to unveil in the next few weeks.
4K Neo QLED TV models
- QN90F: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, 98-inch
- QN95F: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch
4K OLED TV models
- S85F: 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch
- S90F: 48-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch, 83-inch
- S95F: 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch, 83-inch
The S85F will likely use LG's OLED panels, while the 48-inch and 83-inch variants of the S90F and the 83-inch version of the S95F will likely use LG Display's OLED panels. The rest of the models and variants will likely use Samsung Display's next-generation QD-OLED panels.
We don't know what new features and performance upgrades these TVs will bring, but we can expect improvements in brightness and colors. We can also expect some new software features, as they will run One UI for TVs out of the box, based on the newest version of Tizen OS.

Samsung will likely launch more Neo QLED TV models alongside the ones listed above. The company will also likely launch 8K Neo QLED TVs that haven't surfaced in the certification database yet.
As usual, the company could also launch its The Frame and The Serif lifestyle TVs, as well as low-end and mid-range QLED TVs, in the next few months. Its upcoming lifestyle TVs could be unveiled at CES 2025.
