Samsung is bringing more free content to TV users in Vietnam on the occasion of being the world's number-one TV brand for seventeen years consecutively. The company's Samsung TV Plus service is getting seven new channels, so users can get entertained in more ways. One of the new channels also includes 8K content.
Samsung is bringing Apple TV+, ClipTV, FTP Play, Galaxy Play, K+, TV360, and VieON to Samsung TV Plus in Vietnam. Apple TV+ brings several award-winning TV shows, including Severance and Ted Lasso, to Samsung's smart TVs. The South Korean firm has also exclusively partnered with VieON, which offers 8K content, perfect for Samsung's Neo QLED 8K TVs. Samsung says that it is partnering with VieON to bring more than 150 episodes in 8K resolution. Moreover, Samsung smart TVs will come with a remote controller with a dedicated button to launch VieON.
The company is also offering K+ premium content for free for six months. Galaxy Play brings several Hollywood and local blockbuster movies to Samsung TVs in Vietnam. The company is also giving away six months of FPT Play Sport to those who have bought Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, and QD-OLED TVs launched in 2022 and 2023. It brings sports content from UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Youth League, AFF, AFC, Exclusive V-League, NBA, PGA, USGA, PFL (Professional Fighters League), and KOK.
Samsung is also offering three months of free access to VIP and one-month free access to the VVIP plan for TV360. It is also offering a 12-month access to the Basic plan of Clip TV, which offers thousands of movies from Vietnam and across the world.
