It's much more challenging to create a protective case for a smartphone that folds in half than it is for a regular handset, but such constraints can sometimes lead to ingenious new concepts. Samsung appears to have tapped into that creativity zone with the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and developed multiple new case designs for its latest foldable clamshell phone.
Samsung's selling the usual two-piece covers with a leather-like texture in three color options, but it's also offering a carbon fiber model.
In addition to this simple design, Samsung developed two other brand-new cases for the Galaxy Z Flip 3, featuring nylon straps and metal keyrings.
Introducing two new sporty Galaxy Z Flip 3 cases, for a total of four
The other two cases Samsung developed for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 are also made of two pieces — one for each half of the phone — but have an additional nylon-like strap that connects them.
One case has a more minimalist design with a short strap and a circular keyring. It's available in five color options.
The other case is anything but subtle. It features a large nylon strap running across the lower half of the case and ending in a metal key holder. This sporty Galaxy Z Flip 3 case is available in a couple of two-tone colors — white + green and navy blue + orange.
Which one do you think is the coolest of the bunch?
