Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy M07. It brings One UI 8.5, which the phone’s users have been waiting for a long time. It brings a new user interface as well as many new features, which we will discuss in a moment.
At the moment, Samsung is rolling it out in India. The update is 2,344.52 MB in size and has firmware version M075FXXS5CZF2 (via Galaxy Alerts). To get it, navigate to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Along with a new Android customisation, the update also brings the May 2026 security patch. It brings fixes for 36 security issues present in the previous version. That makes the phone more secure than before.
Coming back to One UI 8.5, it brings a transparent blur effect for a few UI elements, a floating design for bottom bars in the first-party apps, support for Apple AirDrop, direct voicemail, partial screen recording, and much more.
