Samsung has just dropped a hint through one of its app updates that the second Android 10-based One UI 2.0 beta for the Galaxy S10 could start rolling out soon. The changelog for an update to the Samsung Video Library app on the Galaxy Store mentions only one thing: Support S10 Q OS 2nd Beta UT. The fact that Samsung is still calling Android 10 ‘Q' aside, this is as good a sign as any that the second beta update is on its way.
The update could be released tomorrow, when the One UI 2.0 beta program debuts for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ and the Galaxy S10 beta program is expanded to more markets. The markets in the second phase — Poland, France, Spain, the UK, India, and China — are likely to get the second beta update as the first release, although that is just speculation based on how Samsung tackled the Android Pie beta last year. It's also not guaranteed that the second beta update will arrive tomorrow, but it should certainly be out before the end of the week.
Interestingly, Samsung is updating some of its apps separately for Android 10. Samsung Video Library is one such app, having a separate changelog for those on Android Pie, and so is Samsung Internet. Version 11 of Samsung Internet is currently available for Galaxy devices on Android 10 (basically just the Galaxy S10 series at this time) via the Galaxy Store, although those on Android Pie can also use the newer version by grabbing its APK file and sideloading it on their device, as long as it is an Exynos-powered model and not a Snapdragon one.
