Samsung has released the March 2024 security update to the Galaxy S20 FE. The update is currently available for the Snapdragon version of the Galaxy S20 (LTE) and could be released to the smartphone's Exynos 990 and Snapdragon 5G versions.
The update is now available for the Galaxy S20 FE (SM-G780G) in Europe and Latin American countries.
Snapdragon Galaxy S20 FE 4G gets March 2024 security update
The new software update for the Galaxy S20 FE (SM-G780G) has been released, carrying firmware version G780GXXS8EXC1. It is a relatively small update that only includes the March 2024 security patch that fixes around 44 security vulnerabilities discovered in the previous software version. it doesn't bring any new features or performance improvements.
The update is available in Latin American countries, including Bolivia, Brazil, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, and Trinidad And Tobago. In Europe, the update is available in Austria, Baltic, Bulgaria, Caucasus countries, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Nordic countries, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Southeast Europe, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the UK, and Ukraine. The update is also available in Russia.
