This feature doesn't allow that in its present state. It can either hide the online status from everyone or only those you've opted to show your Last seen status to.
Nevertheless, this is an excellent addition to the official WhatsApp app. This will go a long way in preventing users from relying on third-party solutions that offer enhanced privacy features.
