One UI Watch 5 debuted with the Galaxy Watch 6 series last month, but even though the new firmware update is not yet available for older Wear OS Samsung smartwatches, a handful of new watch faces are.
As they wait for One UI Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 series users can already get a taste of the firmware update through seven new watch faces. Here's a quick overview of all seven and how you can download them.

New watch face designs across different categories
The seven new watch faces available for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 through the Galaxy Wearable app are split between different categories, as follows:
Graphical:
- Fluid number
- Funny faces
- Photo sticker
Health:
- Daily activity number
- Sleep coaching
Classic:
- Perpetual
- Stretched time
NOTE: All of these new watch faces, except for Funny faces, come with their own customization options.
You can download these latest watch faces through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected Samsung phone. Just browse through the different categories and tap the watch faces you want to download for your Galaxy Watch 4 or Watch 5.
If you don't see these new watch faces in the Galaxy Wearable app, make sure you're running the latest version. You can download the latest Wearable update through the Galaxy Store.
As for the One UI Watch 5 update for these older models, Samsung hasn't revealed an exact release date, but it's been testing the firmware through its beta program for some time. Rumors have it that the company might release the update for the Watch 4 and Watch 5 series. Time will tell; no pun intended.
