K-pop group BTS and Samsung have been working closely ever since they launched the Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition a few months ago. This collaboration with the world's most popular K-pop boy band appears to have worked out very well for Samsung who was looking for the right vector to bring the flagship phones to the attention of millions of potential customers. Now, the world's most influential K-pop group has been invited to unbox the world's best foldable device, the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
We're not very familiar with the Korean language but we don't have to in order to see that the gentlemen of BTS were impressed by the Galaxy Z Fold 2's hinge, the foldable display, the gorgeous cover display, as well as the luxurious Mystic Bronze color. It really is a stunning device with a very satisfying hinge motion, and we wish we could've seen more of it in this rather short BTS first impressions video.

Will there be a BTS Galaxy Z Fold 2 special edition?
Unfortunately, we don't have an answer to this question. Samsung has so far only confirmed the standard Mystic Bronze and Mystic Black colors along with the Galaxy Z Fold 2 Thom Browne Edition. It hasn't revealed anything about a potential collaboration with BTS for the creation of a purple Galaxy Z Fold 2, but we'll keep our ears to the ground.
The video at hand is fairly short but the end suggests a more complete BTS first impressions/unboxing video may be coming soon, much like it was the case with the Galaxy S20+ unboxing video.
