WhatsApp is currently the world's biggest instant messaging platform, and it is offering more options for people to express themselves. Despite having hundreds of emojis and existing sticker packs, you might not find something that can truly express your feelings, and this is where AI and GIPHY integration will be helpful.

WhatsApp gets more stickers with AI and GIPHY integration

Meta-owned WhatsApp has announced that it is bringing more stickers to its apps with AI and GIPHY integration. WhatsApp has partnered with GIPHY to bring an extensive collection of stickers to WhatsApp users. To access GIPHY stickers, tap the sticker icon and search using related text or emojis.

You can also create custom stickers using Meta AI. With simple text prompts, you can get stickers matching your search terms. However, these AI stickers are only available for Android and iOS in the US. Users can test AI stickers in Bahasa, Indonesia, and Spanish. More users can get AI stickers in the coming weeks.

You can also create custom stickers using your existing images on your Galaxy smartphone or tablet. Once you open a photo on your phone, WhatsApp will automatically remove the background and keep the subject. You can then crop it, draw on it, or add more decorations. Once you are done editing it, stickers are automatically saved in the stickers section.

WhatsApp is also making sticker organization easier by previewing them in the sticker tray below the downloaded sticker packs. You can reorganize sticker packs by tapping and holding, and moving them up or down, depending on your preferences.
