A few days ago, we revealed that Samsung will launch its next-generation foldable phones, Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, in July 2024. The upcoming foldable phones could appear underwhelming, though, thanks to some intensely specced foldable phones expected to launch this year.
Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 specs are over the top compared to Galaxy Z Fold 6
While the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to bring minor design changes, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 will bring over-the-top specifications. If a new report is to be believed, the MIX Fold 4 will be launched this year, and it will feature 120Hz OLED screens on the front and the rear. It will reportedly come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB storage, a 5,000mAh battery, and 100W fast wired charging.
The MIX Fold 4 will likely have a great camera setup, featuring a 50MP primary rear-facing camera, an ultrawide camera, and a new telephoto camera with a bigger sensor. Interestingly, the upcoming foldable is also said to feature two-way satellite communications, which means it can connect to satellites for emergency calls and messages.
