August 11 is finally here and it brings with it Samsung's latest goodies. The company launched a handful of new devices today including brand new foldable smartphones and wearable devices. Fans of the latter will no doubt be excited by the company's latest smartwatches.
The Galaxy Watch 4 is Samsung's newest smartwatch. It delivers a significant upgrade over the outgoing model. The company has also made a fundamental change to the device which makes it different from any other recent Samsung watch.
Galaxy Watch 4 hands-on: Sleek has a new name
Samsung is using a brand new Exynos W920 chipset for the Galaxy Watch 4. It delivers incredible CPU and GPU gains for enhanced performance. The Galaxy Watch 4 also runs on Wear OS, the Android-based platform that has replaced Tizen on Samsung's smartwatches.
How does it all feel when you put the Galaxy Watch 4 on your wrist? Very good indeed! We had the opportunity to briefly go hands-on with Samsung's latest smartwatch and were blown away by it.
